The Debby Notes^TM mobile app software (“Software”) consists of a two part service. Creation and access of notes on the local mobile device and synchronization of such notes to our backend database via Debby Link^TM.

You are allowed to create one single user account for each downloaded Software to access our backend database. However, the Debby Notes^TM mobile app can be used to access different user accounts with their own respective credentials. So long as you comply with these Terms of Service, we give you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the Software. To the extent any component of the Software may be offered under an open source license, we will make that license available to you and the provisions of that license may expressly override some of these Terms. Unless the following restrictions are prohibited by law, you agree not to reverse engineer or decompile the Software, make an attempt to do so, or assist anyone in doing so.

Please note that the Software is meant to be an assistance for you to remember where things are placed. While we use the best commercially available means to store and backup your data as well as providing popup warnings where appropriate, we can not 100% guarantee there will not be erroneous loss of data due to electronic failures or user errors. Also, the use of a PassPhrase to keep an item’s Location private should not be viewed as a security measure to hide valuable items. This is just a helpful tool that the Software provides for you to create an inconvenient access barrier to other users on services that might be available for unrestricted usage.
